Guy McIntosh's involvement in the Jamaican art world dated from the 1960's, when he started framing art for local collectors and when he also started collecting. He set up a framing workshop at the Contemporary Art Gallery, the Gallery of the Contemporary Jamaican Artists Association, and in 1972 became the owner and operator of the Frame Centre Gallery at Tangerine Place now relocated to 5 Ardenne Road, one of the leading art galleries and custom-framing establishments in Jamaica.
An integral part of the Gallery's operations is the framing workshop; here dozens of varied quality mouldings (frames) are available for selection. The expertise of our highly-trained, efficient staff is available to assist clients in their choice of materials to compliment each artwork.
